Personal Support Services

Individualized supports provided to persons served in their own homes or family homes to acquire the skills necessary to maximize their independence. Enriching Lives LLC Is dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities by providing them with meaningful opportunities to achieve their personal goals. Enriching Lives LLC will provide personal supports (PS) to assist people in accomplishing tasks to meet daily, short-term, and long-term goals. The agency will provide supports using qualified staff to assist with personal tasks as designed by the persons served or their person-centered plan. Enriching Lives LLC will offer this service using a ratio of 1:1.

Enriching Lives LLC commits to the following:

• Will assist in meaningful activities daily.
• Assist in volunteering.
• Will include activities in skill building, socialization, recreation, and personal development daily.
• Prompting when necessary to perform tasks.
• Training to assist persons served in their home and in the community.
• Provide support staff to assist with activities.
• Daily transportation to and from activities, physician appointments, pharmacy pick-ups, grocery store and meal preparation.
• Assistance in navigating transportation services in the community.
• Promoting independence.
• Identifying strengths, preferences, likes, and dislikes to establish a more person-centered lifestyle.
• Encouragement of personal development
• Assist and participate in developing a more purposeful day.
• Providing a safe environment that nurtures physical and emotional health and well-being.
• Respect for privacy beliefs and values.
