Our Team

Kendria McDaniel oversees the overall operations of Enriching Lives LLC. She has over 8 years of extensive experience in providing oversight to services for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Kendria is a dedicated Human Service professional with a passion for providing quality services to people with disabilities. Kendria holds a Master of Science degree in Forensic Psychology with a Specialization in Mental Health Applications from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from The Ohio State University.

Venetia McDaniel is the Executive Director and oversees the day to day operations of Enriching Lives LLC. Venetia McDaniel has over thirty-five years of experience and thirty-two years of supervisory and leadership experience, recruitment, interviewing, staff development and monitoring services in person-centered plans and nineteen years of experience working in residential homes. Ms. McDaniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University.
